These are full service RV pads, Sewer, Water, 30 and 50A Plugs. The pads are massive, 16 feet by 100 feet and 20 feet by 100 feet. This is NOT an RV park, it is a lot in a mixed residential neighborhood in the El Dorado Ranch that is 100 feet x 100 feet. This offers peace and quiet as well as great privacy versus a regular campground. Located close to the Pools and Saturday Market the El Dorado Ranch offers unparallelled amentiies unlike anything you have ever experienced. This property goes one step further and offers a laundry facility with shower for gusts use 100 feet away on one of the other Baja RV Haven lots. We are primarily long term bookings, short term is available just prior to booking if we have availability. Short term rates are $600.00 Pesos/night plus a short term renter HOA fee of $35.00 USD. Long term rentals are $10,000.00 Pesos/month and you get a $2000.00 Peso power use cap. There are individual meters on each of our RV pads to ensure you are being charged correctly. The rate quoted is for long term of 2 months or more and includes $2000.00 Pesos of power. Most do not exceed this during the winter months. For a 1 month stay add $1500.00 Pesos to the base rate. Nightly stays under 1 month are $600.00 USD Per Night, Plus a $35.00 USD Resort Fee for the use of the amenities.
